Overview<\/strong><\/h3><p>Our <strong>Carbon Removal Certificates<\/strong> are digital documents that certify the<br \/><strong>permanent removal of CO\u2082<\/strong> from the atmosphere.<br \/>By purchasing a certificate, a specific amount of CO\u2082 is officially retired in accordance with the<br \/><strong>C-SINK Standard<\/strong> and <strong>uniquely attributed to you<\/strong> as the buyer.<\/p><p>Once issued, the removal and attribution process is <strong>irreversible<\/strong>, ensuring transparency and accountability in voluntary climate action.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>2. No Refunds or Returns<\/strong><\/h3><p>Due to the nature of our digital and verifiable climate actions, <strong>refunds or returns are not possible<\/strong> after a certificate has been issued.<\/p><p><strong>\u274c Refunds or returns are not available for:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Digitally issued CO\u2082 certificates (PDF or digital link)<\/li><li>Completed CO\u2082 removals and finalized project allocations<\/li><li>Active subscription periods (until the end of the current term)<\/li><\/ul><p>Once the CO\u2082 removal has been confirmed and recorded, it cannot be undone or reassigned.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>3. Exceptions \u2013 When Refunds Are Possible<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>\u2705 Refunds will only be granted in the following verified cases:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Proven technical errors resulting in incorrect transactions<\/li><li>Verified duplicate payments for the same order<\/li><\/ul><p>All refund requests must include proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>4.
