1. Scope<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at carbon-removal.credit<\/strong>, operated by Bundesvereinigung Nachhaltigkeit Beteiligungsgesellschaft mit Wirkung mbH<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our offer is aimed at consumers and businesses based in the EU.<\/p>

2. Subject of the Contract<\/strong>
The subject of the contract is the purchase of digital certificates for CO\u2082 compensation<\/strong> (\u201cCarbon Removal Certificates\u201d) in various quantity models (S\/M\/L\/XL).
The certificates confirm the permanent removal of CO\u2082<\/strong> through certified biochar projects<\/strong> with smallholder farmers in Africa and South America. Certification is carried out by Carbon Standard International<\/strong> according to the C-SINK standard<\/strong>.<\/p>

3. Conclusion of Contract<\/strong>
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an order.
By clicking the button \u201cOrder with payment obligation\u201d<\/strong>, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract becomes effective once you receive an order confirmation by email<\/strong> from us.<\/p>

4. Service Description & Certificate Delivery<\/strong>
After payment has been received, a digital certificate<\/strong> is provided via email or download. It includes the CO\u2082 amount, ID, project verification, and, where applicable, the retirement confirmation. Refunds are excluded<\/strong> (see Section 7).<\/p>

5. Prices & Payment Methods<\/strong>
All prices include 19% VAT<\/strong>.
Payment can be made via Stripe<\/strong> or other offered payment methods.<\/p>

6. Subscriptions & Duration<\/strong>
If you select a subscription plan, the amount will be charged monthly<\/strong>.
The subscription can be canceled at any time<\/strong>.
Refunds are excluded once a certificate has been issued.<\/p>

7. Withdrawal & Refunds<\/strong>
According to \u00a7 356 (5) BGB<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal for digital content<\/strong> is excluded once the execution has begun.
Refunds are only granted in cases of technical errors<\/strong> or duplicate payments<\/strong>.<\/p>

8. Disclaimer of Liability<\/strong>
Bundesvereinigung Nachhaltigkeit Beteiligungsgesellschaft mit Wirkung mbH<\/strong> is liable only for intent and gross negligence<\/strong>.
Liability for external services (e.g., Stripe) is excluded<\/strong>.<\/p>

9. Data Protection<\/strong>
Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR<\/strong>.

10. Copyright & Usage Rights<\/strong>
Certificates may only be used for proof and communication purposes<\/strong>.
Forwarding is permitted only with source attribution<\/strong> in the context of sustainability communication.<\/p>

11. Final Provisions<\/strong>
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin<\/strong>.
